Joma Inc. has complete in-house tooling facilities including CAD for automatic design and Wire EDM for accurate tool components for prototype or high volume production. Our battery of fully automatic Minster presses (up to 60 tons ) run at high speeds (up to 1000 strokes per minute) for efficient and accurate production. We also have in-house facilities for tapping, welding, cleaning and deburring. All presses are equipped with motorized stock straighteners, payoff reels, geared cam feeds and automatic shut off for faulty tool or material conditions.

All this is topped off with full ISO 9001:2000 & TS 16949 Quality Systems.
